This is a practical course which is designed to allow the participants the opportunity to gain valuable and fundamental understanding and guidance in crisis management. This is an intermediate-level crisis management course whereby participants will acquire an understanding of crisis management fundamentals and given an opportunity to practice the implementation of an actual crisis management and incident management plans under a realistic learning environment.
In order for all of the members of the crisis management team and its supporting contingent to implement a coherent plan, this virtual blended course will help ground all the designated (core or supporting) members to have the correct knowledge to implementing its respective specific area of the crisis management plan
