The UAE Global Star Rating Model is a unique model developed by the UAE Government to further challenge entities to continually enhance the level of service delivery in order to shift entities mindset and internal culture from customer satisfaction into customer happiness centricity. This course will help participants to identify key drivers for customer happiness as demonstrated in the Global Star Rating Model and adopted by the UAE Government Customer Service/Happiness Centers.
