Payment Terms & Conditions

Orient Management Consulting & Training – Sole Proprietorship LLC – Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the payment-related obligations for training services provided Orient Management Consulting & Training – Sole Proprietorship LLC, a Consulting & Training company registered in Abu Dhabi, UAE. By registering or enrolling in any of our training programs, you (“the Client”) agree to the following terms:

1. Payment Terms

1.1 All training program fees must be paid in full before the start of the training.
1.2 Corporate clients may be invoiced upon receiving Company Purchase Order with payment terms of 30 calendar days from the invoice date, subject to prior approval.
1.3 For individual and international participants, full payment is required at the time of registration to confirm enrollment.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

2.1 We accept the following forms of payment:

Bank transfer (in AED or USD)

Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard)

Online Payment Link

Cheque payments (subject to clearance)

2.2 Payment details and bank account information will be provided on the invoice. Bank charges are the responsibility of the payer.

3. VAT and Invoicing

3.1 As per UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) requirements, 5% VAT is applicable on all training services unless exempt.
3.2 All invoices issued will include the Company’s TRN (Tax Registration Number) and will comply with UAE VAT laws.
3.3 Clients must provide accurate billing information, including company trade license and TRN for VAT purposes.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

For Certification Programs, Cancellation and Refund Policy of relevant Awarding Body will apply to all certification programs

For Training courses, Cancellation made:

14 working days or more prior to the training start date: 100% refund subject to approval of the Awarding Body

3-13 working days prior to the training start date: 50% refund subject to approval of the Awarding Body

Less than 3 working days or after training starts: No refund

4.3 Substitutions (participant changes) may be considered up to 3 days 72 hours before the training start date subject to Awarding Body Approval and policy. Otherwise, additional charges may apply.
4.4 The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any training due to any unforeseen circumstances, or force majeure. In such cases, a full refund or alternative option will be offered

5. Late Payment Policy

5.1 Payments not received within the agreed credit period (usually 30 days) will incur a late fee of 1.5% per month or AED 250, whichever is higher.
5.2 Training certificates and completion documents may be withheld until all outstanding payments are cleared.

Legal Compliance

6. Dispute Resolution

6.1 Any billing or payment-related disputes must be raised within 7 working days of invoice receipt.
6.2 Disputes that are not amicably resolved between the parties will be taken to UAE Courts including DIFC, ADGM

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Abu Dhabi courts.

8. Modification of Terms

Orient Management Consulting & Training – Sole Proprietorship LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be published on our official website and/or sent via email notification.
