HACCP/ ISO 22000:2005 Food Safety Management System HACCP is a management system in which food safety is addressed through the analysis and control of biological, chemical, and physical hazards from raw material production, procurement and handling, to manufacturing, distribution and consumption of the finished product. ISO 22000 is a Food Safety Management System that can be applied to any organization in the food chain, farm to fork. Becoming certified to ISO 22000 allows a company to show their customers that they have a food safety management system in place. ISO 22000:2005 specifies requirements for a food safety management system where an organization in the food chain needs to demonstrate its ability to control food safety hazards in order to ensure that food is safe at the time of human consumption. It is applicable to all organizations, regardless of size, which are involved in any aspect of the food chain and want to implement systems that consistently provide safe products. Lead Auditor Training We provide IRCA approved training for ISO 22000 Lead Auditor Course aims to provide training for potential Food Safety Management System Lead Auditors and Auditors in order to achieve FSMS auditor/lead auditor status and to assist students/ professionals with a food industry background to assess the adequacy of the design, implementation and improvement of a food industry organization’s food safety management system against ISO 22000 requirements in accordance with ISO 19011:2011. Internal Auditor Training This course aims to develop and implement food safety management by using the knowledge of ISO 22000:2005. Using internal audit approach to fine-tune the food safety system of organizations by providing knowledge and practical skills in the field for auditing Food Safety Management System as per the requirements of ISO 22000:2005 Awareness / Implementation Training This training program is designed to give basic understanding of food safety to the participants, requirements of ISO 22000:2005 (FSMS) and key steps to initiate its implementation in the organization. Effective hygiene control in food industry is vital to avoid the adverse effects on human health, economic consequences of food illness, food borne injury and food spoilage.
