and audit this domain.
Course Objectives
The objective of this workshop is to give ADNOC professionals a view of governance, risk and
controls based on international standards and best practices, specifically BS13500 and King IV.
Upon completion of this course, participants shall have –
1. Advance understanding on the application of Governance, Risk and Control
2. Understand the importance of internal controls in all levels of management &
shareholders
3. Understand how to align the internal audit methodology to the organization’s
governance, risk and control frameworks
4. Understand how to evaluate the organization’s frameworks for governance, risk, and
control
5. Understand how to evaluate the organization’s current risk profile
