Course Description

What is corporate financial planning and analysis? Corporate financial planning and analysis is the process
of developing short- and long-term financial goals for your business. OMCT recommends dynamic financial
planning as part of its process to implement corporate financial planning within businesses.
Upon completing this Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis Course successfully, participants will be
able to:
