Course Overview

This course introduces the fundamentals of accident and incident prevention and investigation. It is a course that aims to provide participants with sufficient knowledge to understand how to employ defenses to prevent accidents and incidents from occurring and how to approach and conduct the accident and investigation process.

The BSCAT method refers to a method that links modern risk–based safety management approaches to systematic root cause incident investigation.
