The Executive Leadership program designed for the Leadership team offers a unique blend of best-practice leadership development informed by positive psychology, organizational scholarship, emotional intelligence and neuroscience. This program provides a new lens on developing leaders who become powerful enablers of organizational thriving, excellence and renewal, particularly during times of departmental change and restructure. Rather than focusing on identifying and solving problems that prevent people from reaching optimal performance, executive leadership inspires leaders and organizations to deviate from the norm. Executive leaders engage people by emphasizing what elevates them, what they do well, and how they can be inspired to deliver extraordinary results.
You will bring your own business challenges to the class and these will be addressed in the program with solutions and input from the whole group. You will leave the program with a concrete action plan to ensure you are implementing the learnings back at work and become a successful leader. Developing Executive Leadership is a 3-day hands-on training program, highly interactive with exercises and role plays. The programme will be led by an experienced facilitator with former management experience in international companies.
