Engagement Outcome

This course provides an overview of the procedures and protocols that are established and carried out to communicate engagement outcomes while it is imperative for internal auditors to consider how the internal audit activity can add value to the organization. Ultimately, the participants will learn the skills to effectively communicate, report, manage, and monitor the recommendations and outcomes of an internal audit engagement. The course will also cover the workflow and various steps in the ADNOC Audit Management System related to Engagement reporting and engagement wrap-up requirements.
